pearlessence vineyard

sonoma coast

In its youth, this wine is all about tannins, acids and oak...but intricacies range from flowers and mushrooms to tea, cola and wildland herbs. The texture is light and silky. Begin to enjoy it in 2018.

The owners of Pearlessence, Greg and Linda Pearl, escaped the hectic suburbs in 1991 when they moved to the quaint little town of Sebastopol.

Their dreams became a reality on a beautiful five acre parcel of prime land in the Sonoma Coast Appellation.  Today, Greg and Linda still spend many of their days working in the vineyard keeping up the traditions of family farming, determination, and harmony with the land.

Keeping it in the family

Two acres of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapevines were soon planted by hand with the help of family and friends.

The Pearls further expanded their dream by building a small Inn among the vines in this beautiful part of Sonoma wine country.
